The biggest problem i have with thus whole situation is how you started this whole thing with "directly attacking (verbally/ text)  is NOT COOL...   that is why the mods are here talk to them ..." And then proceeded to do exactly what you told other people not to do, while indirectly insulting every person on this site.

While i understand your overall point, absolutly no one can take you seriously now.. Youve already shown that you dont stand behind your own statements by calling out kendra in a public place. Your holier then thou attitude combined with your hypocritical methods really make you look like an idiot whos main goal is trying to start drama and trouble, just because your bored.

Before telling others to watch what they put in text maybe you should watch what you place in text for everyone to read, and instead of trying to take care of a problem on the site by yourself, actually do what you told others to do and let the mods know if you have a problem. They are in the position they are in for a reason. Your not a mod so please stop trying punish /humiliate someone for something when its not actually in your power to do so.

I tried to look on both sides of the argument but that is pretty much impossible now, with how you tried to take the rules into your own hands and your own hypocritical actions.

This thread was ment to be for discussing how to make the site better and more active. How the hell did it turn into a witch hunt over someone's kink page.. Seriously...

1.  If we ban someone, they are not allowed to return, and if they are back, on a new account, report it to us, because come on people, do i really need to write it in the rules, that if we ban you, your not allowed to just make a new account and come back?  The statement that this isnt against the rules is not true.

2.  IP Bans have been done for the worst offenders, however IP Bans can be bypassed, proxy's, VPNs, etc.  The tech for this has proliferated heavily, so practically everyone can do it.

3.  We are not un-banning anyone who is on the Hall of Shame(permanent bans).

4.  We are not un-banning ANYONE who is on the Hall of Shame(permanent bans).

5.  If someone really did threaten to ban you for outing someone's duplicate account, show proof, because i highly doubt it.  Most likely you were making a scene about something, and were told to calm down/etc.

6.  As Siris has stated for the security of the site, moderators are not gods, and cannot affect high level changes, such as permanent bans, ip bans, etc.  Those items MUST be escalated to a Full Admin!

7.  All Staff are volunteers, INCLUDING MYSELF, Do you see spam banners, popups, sliders, email spam, link hyjacks, or any of the such here on this site like many others have, NOPE!  Why you might ask?  Because this site is for the people, not for profit.

8.  If you claim something happenned, and later tell us nothing was done, but you also never bothered to report it, or assumed someone else reported it, you have absolutely nothing to claim here, the Report to Staff function literally messages ALL STAFF like a machine gun, USE IT, or stop complaining.

9.  IF you send us a report, even if its 5 pages long, and 3 pages wide, if there is no proof, or screenshots, etc, included in the report, How are we to judge the truth, Do you have any idea how many false reports i have seen, where one member accuses another of something bad to get them banned, and it was all a lie....

10.  Takola Vashen you are absolutely right, If a member decides to take it upon themselves to attack someone they feel doesnt belong here, etc, We absolutely view that as a punishable offense, because then how are we to judge who the real instigator was, or whos wrong was the biggest, MY defacto rule if that happens is ban both!

11.  Nerio where the hell did Pedo talk come from, unless i missed something you just switched subjects from corn fields to common stock, Obviously they arent allowed on here, and why you are suddenly ranting about it makes no sense to me.

18.  Nerio, you are not the judge, the jury, a member of the jury, the executioner, the police, or a detective, Quit acting as if you are, if you have such inclinations, go join the police academy, or the armed forces, they both can always use the help, and then you can likely find the true sense of belonging you seem to seek, and can affect positive changes in the world around you with actual authority and purpose.

There are plenty of other sites that are run by staff who include grammar nazi's, and super strict nutts who will ban people or scrutinize them for every little thing, that isnt us, if you do not like it, go to one of those sites.

Note: If I get to number 20, and it has a 5 letter word beginning with N, and ending with O in it, i wont be very happy.

So after seeing all this i decided to peruse his PM boxes, and i see him chatting and manipulating the same people using those accounts, even getting into relationships with the same few people, under several of the accounts ive listed, one after the other as they split, it appeared as thought he would get dumped, or angry, and then later used a new account to go after the same person again, with them thinking it was someone new.

Is it not funny that this user who rants and raves about the rules, and about how there are evil people out there, needs only to look in the mirror.

Im Banning those other accounts, but ill leave the Nerio one on just shortly so he can attempt to dignify himself with some form of response. lol

Moral of the story, If your abusing and breaking the rules, and manipulating people around the site, dont get angry and complain about others doing the same damn thing lest you get yourself discovered.
