Sorry for the shouting, but I have to. I'm so far in the boonies I have to shout just to be heard! So about me. I'm an older fur, at the age of 47. I had never heard of furries until about 15 years ago when I met a group of people and they introduced me to the wonderful culture that is Furry. If only I had learned of it earlier I would have embraced it then. But I lived in a little town called Franklin at the time, and that place closed it's doors and shutters at 5pm on the dot! To say there wasn't much going on there would be an understatement. But luckily I did discover it a bit later in life and I have been a fan and admirer ever since. I've been to Anthrocon a couple times when I still lived in Pittsburgh and loved every minute of it. I haven't made a fursuit yet but I am strongly considering it.
