My first car bought from a dealer, and my best car yet. Bought the same day an Ex Marine traded it in for a Raptor, I met him in the showroom still there as they were finishing his paperwork. They initially told me, well we havent inspected that one yet or processed it so we cant sell it to you.... But we have another. I cut em off there and said, I want that one, or im leaving, if you want to make a sale, make it happen! The manager came over and interjected, Sir we may be able to sell it to you tommorrow, after we have processed it and inspected it, and such. I told the manager, How long does all that take? He replied, probably several hours. So i replied, Its like this, Im not coming back tommorrow! Period! But i have quote unquote several hours say, in the next few hours, free and clear, so if you get started now, i might be willing to wait. The ex owner who was standing to the side laughed and added, If i were you id get someones ass out there to inspect it before this guy leaves he sounds pretty committed! 5 minutes later 3 guys were teaming the inspection right along in a bay. 2 hours later after all paperwork was done i drove off in the car. Im still tallying up all the upgrades the car has, its nearly a page long.... I can safely say this car would have probably beaten my old Hyundai, tho it wouldnt have made the hyundai look to slow. This car has now beaten a new Turbo Fiat, 2012 Camaro, 2004 Mustang GT, Scion TC, Nissan 370Z, 2016 Nissan Altima 3.5, Mercedes SL350, 2014 Dodge Charger Hemi, ???? Dodge Challenger (spec unknown), 2015 Dodge Dart GT, Several Foxbody GTs, 1998 Mustang SVT Cobra, Ford Lightening (unknown year), 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo, 2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT. I lost to some of those as well durring my time learning how to properly handle the clutch in this car which is tricky and very touchy. I also lost bad to a Tesla but i think a GTR would too so....... |
