Physically Acutus is seven feet tall, thickly built, and slightly muscular. His scales are a dark grayish-green coloration with a white belly and chest. The bony ridges running from his head to the tip of his tail, his long teeth and piercing yellow eyes make him seem a lot more intimidating than he actually is.
