Forgot there was an ignition bomb in my vehicle on GTA 5. And I poisoned myself on Oblivion by accidentaly eating a poison apple. I also set my controler down on Dark Souls and hit the firekeeper. She never forgave me. In fact, she hated me so much, that she fell to her death trying to kill me.

i have all my dumbest moments recorded....but my most dumb moment? UHHHHH.......too many to count <.< probly when i downed my self on warframe with exploding kunai. ....to break some boxes. for like. 19 credits XD

I nuked myself with a Fat Man in Fall Out 4 because I tapped the trigger button by accident whilst I was inside a building.

Stole a plane in GTAV just to kill somebody by crashing into them. Because they were being a giant butthole.

Playing Alien Isolation... Forgetting that running doesn't help or wasting flamethrower ammo thinking how powerful I am.  

Icy Eclipse

 Playing GTA 4 threw a grenade out the window while parked and got boxed in by vigilante drivers. At least they got blown up too.
