    Visual Pascal.

What?  It was the only class available way back when.  Well... assembly language also.

Why in the hell is Visual Pascal ever the only class which is available?  At no point is Visual Pascal the only common programming language.

The school was thinking of adding programming and it was a "test" class and they picked visual pascal.  I audited the class.  So... it was the only choice at that time.

But it did its job.  I learned that I much prefer hardware to software.  :)

VARIK likes Agda, LaTeX, and APL... and does not find that Haskell and ksh(1) are completely horrible.

The only programming language I've ever had experience with was Visual Basic back during the mid 2000s. Never bothered with programming since hehe

.net core is becoming quite popular because it allows developing code in a cross-platform way that it will work on windows and linux with almost no difference.
